Dispatch Times Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2PM on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) are typically dispatched the same day or next business day.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on the model ordered:
- In-stock models — dispatched from within the UK. Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked.
- Made-to-order / sourced models — some models in our catalogue are sourced from international suppliers to ensure authenticity and availability. For these orders, please allow 10–21 working days for delivery. We will notify you by email if your order falls into this category.
Shipping Costs
- FREE on all UK orders over £50
- Orders under £50: flat rate of £3.49 (Royal Mail Tracked)
Shipping Carriers We ship via Royal Mail and DPD depending on parcel size. A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched.
Countries We Ship To We currently ship within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). International shipping may be available upon request — contact us at hello@artminis.co.uk.
Order Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track via our Track My Order page at /track-order.
Delays & Exceptions Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. During peak periods or due to carrier disruptions, deliveries may take longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
