1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Artminis purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item, provided it is returned in its original, unopened condition.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original sealed packaging
• The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
We do not accept returns on:
• Items that have been opened, assembled, or displayed
• Items damaged by the customer after delivery
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at hello@artminis.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@artminis.co.uk. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
